L & W Legacy Home Care is a Licensed Home Care Provider with over 35 years of health care experience that help you or your loved one safely stay at home or in the community.
We provide high-quality skilled nursing services, personal care services (bathing, restroom needs, eating, and mobility), companion/sitter services, and homemaker services (light housekeeping, meal preparation, laundry assistance, medication reminders) in the home and community. With our assistance, we help decrease hospitalizations & ER visits thereby improving health outcomes in our clients.
Our staff (professional caregivers & clinicians) assists with Aging in Place and coordinates with primary care providers, geriatricians, other healthcare providers, and responsible parties as appropriate.
